BLANK FLATTEN
LOGOPRESS BLANK Flatten option allows us to quickly and easily predict the theoretical blank of 3D-formed parts. The Finite Element Analysis includes minimizes the development time in the press.
Therefore, we can Flatten our models in the following FEA conditions including Blank Prediction, Meshing, Thickness Variation, Stress & Strain Results, Bounding Box Info and Contour points mapping. This mesh is fully automatic but its size can also be adjusted if the user wishes to do so. There is no need to be a mechanical engineer with finite element analysis skills to handle the LOGOPRESS BLANK module because it is very user-friendly.
LOGOPRESS BLANK can also be used to flatten various applications, such as Aerospace, Leather (Shoes) Composites, cloth, plastics, adhesives, leather, inflatable objects, packaging & Shipbuilding. Note: Native SOLIDWORKS models as well as imported models can be used.

Either a multibody component file that was made in SOLIDWORKS or that was imported from another CAD system or an individual SOLIDWORKS Part or Assembly file can be easily Nested after setting some logical parameters that allow extreme flexibility it will quickly nest the parts per the options that you set.
