How Do You Export CAD and STEP Files from the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform?

Backup your data are the good policy to maintain, similarly from 3DEXPERIENCEPlatform you can export the data, by following the below steps.

1.Seclect the files which you want to export under the bookmark, or you add those files on the particular book mark to find easily and click Export As

2.The Export us dialog box shows the option like export to CAD file or STEP file, the custom tile can be modified, then the included files and excluded files can also shows.

 Finaly click Export after selecting the options.

3.The files were gathering data and compressing as zip file under the CAD Data Processing Monitoring web application, it shows the status and download option to download all files or as individual file.

4.Once click Download the file getting download to the default download folder, from there you can extract the single zip file to get all the files

Tip: You can export the file by searching them using the 6W tags, also opens the files using Product Structure Explorer to get all the references files on the structure and then Export.
