How Do You Safely Delete Files from 3DSpace Collaborative Cloud?

 CLOUD-STORED DATA DELETED DIRECTLY FROM COLLABORATIVE SPACE


Files from the 3Dspace has been delete directly without adding in book mark or collaborative lifecycle.

How to Delete files from 3DSpace:

1. Select the files from the collaborative space 



2. Select Delete by right click or select the delete icon on the top right corner of the space.


3. The Delete dialog box appears, here shows the objects which all are selected for delete. 
4. Shows, file title, type, revision, maturity state, lock & access check. 
5. The which has no access, from you cannot be deleted. 
6. Remaining objects has been selected check the “I understand the deleted objects can’t be recovered” and click delete.



Finally, the files has been deleted except the file which has no Rights. 

Rules before Delete files from 3DSpace: 

1. Before delete, you have to the Leader or Owner of that particular collaborative space 
2. Files must be on “Private” or “in work” maturity state, if it moves to frozen or released state you don’t have the access to delete. 
3. You can able to delete the files which has been reserved or locked. 
4. Be mindful. Delete the reference files when you delete the assemblies. 
5. If deleting revisions, delete them in reverse order (most recent first). 
6. Finally, delete the cache file on your local PC.
